Election season is just around the corner, with municipal voting held on Tuesday, November 4. Under state and federal law, all voting options (including mail-in voting, if available) must be accessible to people with disabilities.

Good news for climbers! In partnership with Central Rock Hadley, CHD All In now offers an adaptive climbing seat to be included in their twice a month adaptive climbing program at Central Rock Hadley. This seat allows even more people to climb, especially those that may not be able to lift themselves up on a wall.

The National Weather Service has outlined some oppressive heat and humidity for the week of June 22nd. To ensure everyone has access to a cool area during these times, the City of Easthampton will be establishing a cooling area at the Easthampton Council on Aging located at 19 Union Street. The cooling center will be available to the public on Monday, June 23rd through Wednesday, June 25th between the hours of 8AM-4PM. The cooling center will have drinking water for those using the facility. The Public Safety Complex, located at 32 Payson Avenue, is available 24/7 and will be available to anyone during any hours that the Easthampton Senior Center is not open.
