🍂 Move, breathe, and connect in the beauty of the vineyard. This fall, join us for a special Pilates Pop-Up at Glendale Ridge Vineyard—a morning designed to refresh your body and lift your spirit.

🧡 Enjoy a 50-minute Mat Pilates class led by our EmbodyMind Wellness instructor, surrounded by open skies, crisp air, and the peaceful rhythm of nature. It’s the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness, where strength meets serenity.
