Sunday Yoga at 11am will transition to inside starting this Sunday!

Sweet Flow Yoga is an athletic style of power yoga with a strong focus on fun and community centered in Northampton and Easthampton, MA. Heather has been teaching yoga, meditation, and Eastern philosophy for 11 years and has been a practicing yogi for over 20 years. She loves to weave together humor, strength, flexibility, and philosophy into fun yoga classes that are intended to build community. She has copious experience with those new to yoga, as well as those who’ve been practicing their whole lives. Those who don't consider themselves naturally strong and flexible quickly reach their potential in her classes. Sweet Flow Yoga always has low priced classes because Heather believes that community and sharing is at the heart of a true yoga practice.
Heather is a professor of philosophy at Western New England University, where she teaches Ethics, Philosophy of Mind and Eastern Comparative Philosophy. She has published several academic papers on Indian philosophy and yoga and has edited and contributed to the forthcoming book, The Philosophy of Spirituality (Brill Press 2018). She received her Yoga Alliance yoga teacher certification in Bali, Indonesia. "I highly recommend Sweet Flow Yoga as a fun way to enjoy a healthy workout and be around friendly people. As a guy who's a beginner at yoga, I found her class more inviting than most classes I've tried. She gives people the opportunity to push themselves while also creating a nurturing and relaxed atmosphere. It feels like a bunch of friends doing yoga together with an expert leader. -Kyle Hoffman"
