With the Original Body Wisdom approach, you can slow down the aging process; relieve the long-term effects of injury; recover from neglect, stress, and chronic pain; and help slow the progression of neurological diseases like Parkinson’s disease. At the end of the day, our hearts are intelligent and the more we can feel good and settled, the easier life can become. I know finding ease in our hearts does mean we have to, at times, really experience the depth of our heartbreak. It's amazing to me how our bodies can and do provide the resilience to achieve that. Somatic embodiment is my life's work and continues to be the anchor that helps me me be gloriously alive while also feeling deep pain!

My work helps your movement become more natural and fluid. I will help you attain the vitality, poise, and ease that make living life in your body satisfying and fun.Through natural and gentle movements, your body can claim its innate ability to move with ease and pain-free power.

I have almost 40 years experience in unwinding limiting and painful habits from the nervous system using conscious movement as my approach.Most of my clients come to see me because they are in pain and although some of these conditions are terrible and the result of multiple injuries, surgeries, trauma or drug use, I can often help mitigate or completely relieve pain by teaching you to change movement habits originating from faulty use of the nervous system. This works equally for problems associated with aging or normal wear and tear of joints, mis and overuse of muscle and bad body mechanics or posture.
