Located at 750 Medical Center Drive Eastman, GA 31023, office ours are 8AM-5PM Monday – Thursday, and 8AM-12PM Friday. Our office accepts Georgia Medicaid, Peachstate, Wellcare, and most private insurances. Carroll Family Dentistry is a PPO with Delta Dental. Payments may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit & Citi Healthcard, or cash and check.
