ATTENTION AUTO PAY CUSTOMERS!!!

We are sharing this information again for those who missed it previously. If your utility payments were set up using Auto Pay through Xpress Bill Pay, these payments were no longer being taken from your financial account or applied to your utility account as of December 9, 2025. The City of Eastman is now using Edmunds for all payments, so customers who used Auto Pay with our old system will need to set up new Auto Pay payments by going to https://edmundsgovpay.com/EastmanGA, logging into their utility account, and scheduling new Auto Pay service through Edmunds. If you have questions, please contact Eastman City Hall at 478-374-7721.

A copy of the following policy was placed in all water bills this past month and will be enforced moving forward.

Cut-off day will always be the 2nd Tuesday of the month. If the 2nd Tuesday falls on a holiday, cut-offs will take place on the next day (Wednesday).

ALL past due balances must be paid by 11:59 p.m. the day prior to cut-off day. A $35 reconnect/labor fee will be added to each account that has not been paid by this time. These accounts will then be considered “nonpayment,” and services will be disconnected.

The City of Eastman has a 24-hour window to restore any nonpayment accounts.

Commercial Accounts: If a City of Eastman employee must call or stop by to notify the owner of a past due balance, a $35 fee will be added to the account and must be paid in its entirety. No exceptions.
