Join us at 8 AM for a powerful and patriotic start to your Independence Day! 🎆
We’re coming together for a FREE, extra-large group Murph workout—no class packs will be pulled, and drop-ins are on the house!
What’s a Murph?
It’s a hero workout done in honor of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, a fallen soldier who gave everything for our country. The full workout includes:
🏃 1-mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
💪 200 push-ups
💪 300 air squats
🏃 1-mile run
(All movements can be modified—everyone is welcome!)
💥 We are proudly accepting $10 donations via Venmo to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, supporting those who’ve bravely served.
