Welcome to Pulse and Beats Pilates and Yoga! With your first visit to our studio, please ensure that your class has been paid for prior to attending. The studio has in place a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend the class or cancel within that timeframe, you are responsible for paying for the class. Please understand that when you sign up for a class online and do not cancel your spot, you are prohibiting another client on the waiting list from attending the class. On top of that our instructors do not get paid.

We need your help. Longclaw, a 1 1/2 year old Lab/Sheperd mix, has been at the shelter waiting for her chance for far too long. She came to us five months ago with 7 of her puppies. She was a wonderful, devoted mom and every single one of her puppies has since been adopted. But shelter life is starting to break her spirit, and she’s showing signs of anxiety as she quietly shuts down. She would thrive in a calm home as the only dog, where she can finally feel safe and seen. Please consider fostering Longclaw and giving this sweet mama the chance she’s been waiting for❤️ she would not be good with cats!
