I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience, across a variety of settings, in the field of mental health and wellness. My counseling specialty is helping those struggling with burnout, self care, and emotional eating. I combine extensive professional knowledge with personal inspiration from my own journey. With a holistic approach - healing to increase emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health - you can transform old habits and patterns and truly take care of yourself as you meet your goals. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues - including depression, anxiety, stress management and trauma - and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients' individual needs. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Moravian College, and my M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. I am a participating provider for the following insurance plans: Highmark Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Capital Blue Cross. I welcome self-pay clients, and can also provide an invoice for out-of-network services, so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance plan.
