May is Women's Health Month! Let's focus on women's foot health - specifically high heels.

Now, we don't want to hate on high heels - they can be an amazing fashion statement. But you should limit how often you wear them. Here's why:

High heels force your feet into an unnatural, arched position, shifting your body weight forward and increasing pressure on your forefoot by up to 75%. This shift can cause chronic pain in your feet, hips, legs and back, gait alterations, and risks structural damage, including , , Morton's neuroma, Achilles tendon shortening, and plantar fasciitis

Mother's Day is May 10 (that's on Sunday, guys)! We bet your mom or the mom in your life would love the gift of a foot massage. We'll let you pick the place, but her feet will really benefit.

Foot massages offer real health benefits, like improved circulation, reduced stress, and easing of pain, by targeting pressure points and muscle tension. A foot massage can also lower cortisol levels, boost endorphins, promote better sleep, and alleviate symptoms of conditions like plantar fasciitis. They're especially useful for people who are sedentary or diabetic, because foot massage stimulates circulation through the feet and lower legs.
