✨ Element of Metal: Refinement & Alignment ✨

The way we truly understand something is by breaking it down and building it back up. Piece by piece, breath by breath.

This week, we embrace the Metal element in Fallon’s weekly workshop-style class:
🧘 Align & Adjust
📅 Wednesdays | ⏰ 9:30 AM
Refine your alignment, sharpen awareness, and build stability through:
✨ Skillful alignment & breathwork
✨ Concentration techniques
✨ Joint mobilization & targeted stretching
✨ Muscle conditioning for strength & ease

This practice is designed to deepen understanding, enhance body awareness, and bring clarity to both movement and stillness.

Often reserved as a special event, happening infrequently, Kirtan is a deeply devotional and impactful practice involving sound, music, humming, and chanting. Sounds in Sanskrit are attuned to vibrate in specific areas of the body, thus channeling and balancing energy throughout the body. It is a wonderfully impactful practice which is quite fun and requires little experience or trained skill. Sean is an expert guide to take you on a resonant journey. Check it out tomorrow, Oct. 7h at 7 PM —> With emphasis on the sound frequencies and qualities of the chakras!

EXPRESSION A movement & art workshop to unlock freedom & creativity

This is a space to reclaim your voice through movement, art, and radical self-expression.

To break the rules of perfection and let your creativity run wild.

You don’t have to be a dancer.
You don’t have to be an artist.
(P.S. — You already are.)

Together we’ll explore:
Authentic movement to shake off what’s stuck
Intuitive art to let your inner world speak
Journaling to anchor your truth
Community connection to be witnessed and held
Come to feel. To express. To rebel — with beauty, color, and breath.
Let your emotions move you. Let your art surprise you.
Let yourself be seen, heard, and free.

No experience needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.

All materials provided.

Leave with art in your hands and freedom in your body.

Lay back. Close your eyes. Breathe. Imagine.

In this class, Aidan will guide you through a series of restorative poses and pranayama techniques accompanied by music and sound reactive lights. The combination of sound and light stimulus at regular intervals will assist in brainwave entrainment, a process by which the electrical signals oscillating throughout the brain can become synchronized to external stimulus. By synchronizing breath and movement with sound and light, this process can help ease the entirety of your nervous system into a uniformly restful state - from the neurons in your brain to the beating of your heart and the expansion and contraction of your breath - a whole system operating at the same frequency. Observing the strobe-like effect of the lights through closed eyes not only provides a steady rhythm for your brain to latch on to, it will also stimulate your visual cortex. Without any salient visual information to process, this stimulation may cause your brain to begin creating its own eidetic images.

Eidetic Imagery is a term used to describe highly detailed mental images, so realistic and potent that they can be observed in much the same way as a real picture. In a clever partnership between the eyes and the brain, these images can be produced almost unconsciously in our imaginations given the proper stimulation. In recent years Eidetic Imagery has been explored by psychologists, neuroscientists, and artists as a way to connect with our subconscious and deepen our understanding of the mind-body connection.  What you visualize, if anything, will be unique to you and your own experiences, and may or may not be based in reality. It may be unclear or highly vivid, full of meaning or simply a pleasant dream. The only way to know is to experience it for yourself.

If you can, stay after class and show us what you felt! Small chalkboards and chalk will be provided for you to draw a representation of your experience during class.

*This class utilizes bright, flashing lights. Individuals at risk of seizure, or who experience intense light sensitivity, should not attend.*
