The 3rd Street Alliance is an organization we are honored to support during the Holiday season. Our Giving Tree is up and ready! It is decorated with Gift Card requests from the 3rd Street Alliance residents. If you would like to contribute to the Gift Card drive please select an ornament from the tree - one part is seed paper for you to plant and enjoy as a ‘thank you’ from us. The other part has the name of a store. Buy a Gift Card for that store (physical, not digital please), bring it to The Valley Om ON or BEFORE December 20th and we will deliver the haul to 3rd St. in time for Christmas.

With an overall focus on alignment based hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, we maintain and apply a current sense of functional, anatomical knowledge with reverence to the ancient practice of yoga and it’s philosophical tenets. In doing so, we will help you find your way to deeper, more meaningful movement in body and in life.

You will enjoy to a full, ranging and consistent class schedule with yoga classes being offered everyday including: Daily Practice, Yoga for beginners to experienced practitioners, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Specialty Classes and much more.
