It is open to all who seek to explore a connection with themselves and our world at any level. Bringing together a gentle asana and a deep state of meditation, we’ll seek to cast our intentions into both our lives and into the universe with a spirit of renewal. This class will include themes and rituals consistent with many nature based healing practices, such as yoga, witch-crafting, and more.

The first Friday refresh in November offers you a sample of a new class that will hit the weekly schedule at Creekside later in the month. Check out Somatics during Somatics and Restorative Yoga with Karen on Friday, Nov 15th at 5:30 PM in the main studio. You know Restorative, in Somatics you will go through gentle and repetitive movements synchronized with your breath and mindful awareness to enliven your sense of embodiment. This yoga practice is accessible to all levels of fitness, movement experience, and knowledge. Yoga props will be used as you engage in somatic activities like breath practices, visualization, tapping, mudras and more that will serve you on and off your mat. Empower your soma (body) by reconnecting it with your mind and heart.
