🖤 DAILY PROTECTION CHANT 🖤

Each morning, before the world weaves its way into your spirit, take a deep breath, place your feet flat on the earth (or imagine roots if indoors), and speak these words:

“With breath and flame, with stone and sea,
I call divine protection to surround me.
No shadow may linger, no ill may stay,
I walk in light throughout this day.
Cloaked in peace, in truth I stand—
Shielded by heart, by will, by hand.
So mote it be.”

Visualise a sphere of radiant light (white, gold, or any colour that feels right) expanding from your heart and sealing your aura in sacred safety. You can enhance the spell with:

• A black tourmaline, obsidian, or smoky quartz tucked into your pocket or bra.
• Anointing your wrists with protection oil (a mix of rosemary, frankincense, and clove works beautifully).
• Drawing a small sigil on your skin with intention (in oil or simply with your finger).
