Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
• Initial Consultation- Involves a detailed review of your Health Appraisal Questionnaire and your Diet, Exercise and Sleep Logs. Personalized recommendations will be given to help you feel and look better both inside and out.
• Follow Ups- There are always 2 follow up visits during the first month. One is to have a movement screen since life is movement if we are not doing so properly that can lead to problems in other areas of our life. The second will be to address these movement deficits through more action items continuing off of what we began at the initial consultation. After this we will be in contact to set up our weekly or monthly visits as is right for you and your situation.
• Common Conditions Seen: Overweight and obese, chronic fatigue, simply confused about health, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid, chronic stress, leaky gut syndrome, dysbiosis, depression, constipation, chronic sinus infections, illnesses or allergies, adrenal fatigue, thyroid disorders
Corrective Exercise
• Initial Assessment- Involves a personal assessment of posture, functional movement, range of motion, flexibility and strength. Diet and lifestyle factors are also addressed during evaluation.
• Customized Program Design- All aspects of your body will be taken into account to develop a program specifically for your needs. This will also include your diet and lifestyle recommendations as well.
• Program Progression- After you are on track we will do periodic re-evaluations to see what you are ready for next. These will be implemented every 4-8 weeks depending on the individual. Clients can complete their programs at home for the 4-8 weeks or come in for one-on-one sessions 1-3 times per week depending on their needs. During these one-on-one sessions we will not only be doing corrective exercise, but doing soft tissue and joint mobilizations as needed to decrease your pain and bring your body back to perfect balance.
• Other Needs- Based on our assessments you may be referred out to other health care practitioners to best achieve your goals.
• Those Appropriate: Chronic and acute pain, overweight and obese, weekend warriors to high performance athletes, desk jockeys
