Did you know dehydration not only can cause muscle cramps but it can also cause your body to heal slower? Dehydration can lead to many things including muscle and joint soreness, loss of focus, slowed healing just to name a few. Staying properly hydrated is always important but even more so during these hot and humid days!
Here is a simple chart for how much water you should be drinking on a daily basis. Are you getting enough? Remember this is just a suggestion, some people need more or less depending on their own medical needs.

July has finally come! Happy to say I am allowed to open! Must have face mask worn by both parties, extra time between clients and extra precautions. Please send me a message to book 😊 I will be getting you in as quick as possible. Please remember if you or someone you have been around is sick or not feeling well we will need to reschedule. Good morning! Prayers that you are all well and staying safe with your families. I’m sure most of you have read the new plans for opening. As it currently states, massage therapy is level 3, so July or August, but with an increase of cases this could change at any given time. I am working on keeping up to date, and getting ready for when I can open. Many changes will most likely be in effect, such as mask, possibility of scanning temperatures, as well as other changes. While we all work through these changing times please be patient and kind to one another. I can’t wait to see everyone as soon as I can, in the meantime, please reach out if you need help. I can walk you through many different ways to help relieve pain, tension and stress, and I will always be here if you need to just chat.

Good afternoon, with the on going uncertainty with the Covid-19 I will be closing until further notice in order to do my part to flatten the curve. Happy New Year! Make this year your best yet!

With the New Year, a few changes are coming. After 15 years of service we have decided to change fees a bit. New prices will be $60 for an hour $35 for a half hour. This is a much over due increase but I still want to make it affordable for all my loyal patrons.
