Science has finally caught up with what your body has been screaming for: a way to stop the silent fire in your muscles. I am so grateful today! Just less than 2 years ago, massaging 2 clients a day was all I could handle. Today I had 4 for the first time in years, 3 back to back (that's 4.5 hours of non stop massage) and I kicked butt!
I've been honoring my body intake the last week and it has made a huge difference. The other thing that has made a huge difference is continuing to allow emotions and sensation to arise without judgment or fear.

Moving energy in this way feels so right!
