This past weekend, Blue Zones Lehigh Valley had a wonderful time at the annual Kellyn Impact Dinner!

As always, Chef Amanda and her incredible team knocked it out of the park with a delicious plant based meal that was devoured and enjoyed by all. The evening was a beautiful reminder of the Kellyn Foundation’s mission advancing food access, nutrition education, and dignity for individuals and families across our community. We’re so grateful for the heart, intention, and impact they bring to the food systems world 💙

For years people were working on bringing health care to South Side. And now we have Valley Health Partners, who yesterday celebrated the opening of their new pharmacy. VHP will also be an integral part of the upcoming Edible Walkway project, highlighting healthy foods, increased access, and community pride. More to come!

Happy new year, Easton!! 2025 was a year of data gathering, planning, and setting the stage. 2026 is all about implementation and action! We have so much planned! I can’t wait to tell you all about it. And more importantly, put it into practice! Happy new year, Easton!!

Wow, what a wonderful Easton's 1st Annual Witches' Walk tonight. It was magical!! So many people, of all ages, were dancing, laughing, and enjoying the scene. I had the pleasure to be one of the judges of the costume contest, and let me tell you, there were A LOT of great costumes! Kids, dogs, witches, warlocks, and more. The food, drink, and other vendors were busy too. The event runs tomorrow too, in Scott Park, starting at 2pm.

Another park renovation complete in the West Ward. Inviting, clean, safe parks encourage social gathering and natural movement, and can be a source of neighborhood pride. And what a beautiful fall day!

This Saturday in Tatamy! It’s a really fun event and the tatamy rail trail runs right through it so super easy to bike there too. And this year the borough is doing their annual community event at the same time for two events in one.
