✔️ Stay upright for 4 hours
✔️ Avoid rubbing or massaging the area
✔️ No alcohol for 24 hours
✔️ Skip intense exercise for 24 hours
✔️ No facials, saunas, or tanning beds for 48 hours

💉 You may start seeing results in 3–5 days, but full effects take up to 2 weeks—don’t panic if things look uneven or “weird” in the meantime. That’s totally normal!
