With great playlists and perfectly timed cues, she knows exactly when to push, when to hold, and how to keep you locked in while your core starts to question everything.

⚫ Q: What is your theme song right now?
⚪ A: Midnight sun
⚫ Q: What is one movement you love teaching?
⚪ A: My favorite movement is a good bird dog series with a ball, nothing beats the connection and control it builds.
⚫ Q: What does movement mean to you personally?
⚪ A: Movement to me is a privilege. It’s about honoring the fact that my body is healthy enough to move, and showing up with gratitude and hard work every time I do.
⚫ Q: What makes The Void community special?
⚪ A: This community is special because we don’t just show up, we show up for each other. On my hardest days, they’ve given me hope, support, and strength without even realizing it. Being surrounded by such kind, genuine people has shown me that this is more than just something I do… it’s my passion. And I hope I can give back to them the way they’ve given to me.
⚫ Q: What’s something clients would be surprised to learn about you?
⚪ A: What might surprise people is how quickly this became my passion. What started as something small turned into something I can’t imagine my life without.
⚫ Q: What is your favorite recovery ritual?
⚪ A: Honestly, just a good meal and relaxing. Nothing complicated, just taking care of myself.
