When severe back pain sidelined Chad Werkheiser from teaching, coaching and golfing, he turned to St. Luke’s Neurosciences for help.

After a diagnosis of degenerative disk disease and a herniated disk, neurosurgeon Dr. Stamatios Psarros performed a minimally invasive microdiscectomy at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus.

With physical therapy and determination, Chad went from barely walking to being back in the classroom, on the court and on the golf course, pain-free.
