My experience at Easton Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center was very much a positive experience. From nurses, aides, rehab practitioners and support staff, they were skilled, professional and helpful. Also friendly and willing to help at all times. The occupational and physical therapy staff were able to target my needs and provide the encouragement and support to achieve the desired outcome in a reasonable timeframe. The wound care team was extremely good, explaining all actions and providing timely and effective attention to what I needed. Administrative staff was appropriately attentive from admission to release. Can also give high marks to the food service, meals were of good variety with plentiful portions and welcome advance notice with options available. The cleaning crew were diligent in providing continuous safe and clean conditions inside my room and throughout the building. Same for the nursing personnel, whose care was consistent and appropriately attentive, day and night. Overall, my experience here was positive and appreciated!
