Join us to celebrate the spring equinox using conscious connected breathing technique- this is NOT PRANAYAMA. This is a journey through the body that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. It can access deeper states of awareness, support healing, and enhance overall well-being—often leading to feelings of peace, insight, and emotional release. This is combined with healing touch and energy clearings by Shamanistic Practitioner, Seven Directions Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master, Marissa Rignola. Come release, renew and begin again!

NEW MEDITATION SERIES💫
In challenging times, we often wish for the external world to change while overlooking the state of our own mind. When our mind is unsettled, even well-intentioned actions can arise from confusion or reactivity, leading to more suffering for ourselves and those we care about. As Geshe Kelsang Gyatso teaches, without inner peace, outer peace is impossible.

This course offers a practical, step-by-step approach drawn from the Lamrim. We will begin with foundational meditation techniques that calm and stabilize the mind, and then gradually cultivate realistic, positive states of mind that support genuine change. Rather than escaping difficulty, we learn how to meet life with clarity, balance, and purpose, no matter what circumstances arise.

Through this process, we gain the tools to free ourselves from confusion and respond to challenges with wisdom and compassion. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen and structure your existing practice, this course shows how ancient Buddhist teachings can be meaningfully applied to modern life.

This workshop will consist of a cacao ceremony, heart opening yoga postures, vibration (sound) therapy and a guided meditation.

Cacao has been used ceremonially for as long as time has been recorded. The scientific genus name for cacao is theobroma, which translates to “Food of the Gods,” and the Mayans believed that cacao was a key ingredient in restoring balance and connection to the divine.

Join us in January for Power Down Sculpt, a strength-focused, athletic yoga sculpt class designed to help you finish the day strong—then truly unwind. Expect an efficient burn using bodyweight and light props to build strength, stability, and endurance. The first half of class is dynamic and energizing, while the second half intentionally slows the pace with deep stretches, breathwork, and a grounding cool down to calm the nervous system.

You’ll leave feeling worked, centered, and fully prepared for a restful night’s sleep—strong in your body, quiet in your mind.
