Don't ride on elephants....

Elephants are amazing creatures, but their bodies have some special features that make it hard for them to carry heavy things. One of these features is that they have sharp bones along their spines that point up. Because of this, giving rides to tourists with saddles can be very uncomfortable for them. These rides can hurt the bones and the soft tissues around their spine, which can lead to serious problems in their back.

When people sit on elephants and ride them, it can cause pain and injury that might not go away. The sharp bones are not built for carrying extra weight, and the pressure from the saddle can really harm the elephant's back. This kind of treatment can lead to long-lasting damage, making it difficult for the elephant to move comfortably or do the things it loves.

It’s important to remember that elephants deserve to be treated with care and respect. Instead of riding them, we should find better ways to appreciate these beautiful animals. Watching them in the wild or visiting sanctuaries where they are cared for properly can help us enjoy their presence without causing them harm.
