It’s been 16 months & a lifetime of healing ❤️‍🩹
I’m sorry I’ve been away—I’ve been in my grieving era—one that no one prepares you for, and nothing really helps once you’re in it.
I stepped back to breathe, to heal, to feel, to sit with the quiet, and to learn how to live with the pain… but my heart never left this space. I promised myself I’d come back here—doing what I love, chatting, sharing, and connecting with you all. It’ll be a slow process but I know with your help, it’ll bring me joy again ❤️ I love you all

Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
Mama, the pain of missing you is overwhelming.
My heart aches knowing that we will no longer spend our mornings, afternoons, and nights together. The emptiness you leave behind is immeasurable.
I am beyond grateful for the last seven months we spent together, not just as your daughter, but as your constant companion and caregiver. Those moments were a precious gift, and I will cherish them forever.
As much as I wish you by my side, I know it would be selfish, knowing the all pain you to through.

Ceviche + Quest loaded taco flavor + Summer = 👌🏼🔥🤌🏼😋☀️
Swap out the tortilla chips with your favorite Lowcarb chips. Some use pork rinds but I find that quest chips are the best alternative (loaded taco flavor is the best IMO) plus it’s lower in calories and fat and higher in protein 👍🏼
Keep in simple, friends!
P.s. I cheated and bought the Ceviche from 😋

I can’t believe my sweet little preemie (born at 29 weeks) is T E N! 🥹🫶🏼 That’s 1 whole decade! 3,650 days, 120 months, 521 weeks, 87,600 hours And 5,256,000 minutes! Wowza!
My sweet Emma Grace, you have brought so much joy into our lives. Watching you grow into the beautiful fun loving girl you are has been one of the things I cherish most in life! I can't wait to witness all the amazing things that God has planned for you. Keep being you babe and continue to chase those dreams! We love you so much! 🤟🏼

3 things to remember…
When I first heard say this it was on repeat in my head for days. I often live in my own little bubble and forget that not everyone is like me or like you. Some people give, give and give, while others take, take and take 😌 Which is why boundaries are important yet so healthy (I’m stilling learning this) but It also doesn’t mean that you have to change who you are as a person, it just means to know your worth, your VALUE and how to protect your peace ♥️
