We know that some of you have recently experienced frustration or inconvenience with our new scheduling system and our AI agents. We sincerely apologize for any difficulty this has caused.

We recently transitioned to a completely new set of tools for scheduling and customer support to eventually provide you with a faster, smarter, and more convenient service experience.

With any significant system upgrade, there can be a period of adjustment. We are currently in the crucial phase of "optimizing and upgrading." This involves extensive training for our AI agents and fine-tuning the scheduling logic based on real-world use and, importantly, your feedback.

Every update we implement is designed to smooth out the process and reduce wait times in the future. We are dedicating significant resources to these upgrades to ensure a seamless experience as quickly as possible.

We are actively working to address the most frequent issues, and you should begin to notice improvements weekly.

Our development team is deploying daily fixes and weekly feature enhancements to stabilize the system and improve agent accuracy.
