So often we try not to feel sadness as it seems like an uncomfortable emotion. But it is in our willingness to be honest about our sadness and seek comfort within those feelings that true support and compassion can be experienced and bonds in relationships are made stronger.

This says it all right here! Try having compassion for what you have been through. Look at your feelings of pain or anger and choose to emphasize with them and comfort them. It can help to view those emotions as a child and offer them the same love and support you would a child.

Wow! In less than 2 weeks I past my test, got my license and spent a week training to practice EMDR. What a ride!!!
I’ll be going out on my own so jumping back into the marketing world.
Please share my page if you don’t mind helping me with my online presence. 🙂
