Things got a little competitive with our Nerf Gun Target Challenge. 🎯

Residents tested their aim and had a great time seeing who could hit the most targets. There were plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and a lot of impressive shots.

It was a fun way to stay active, work on coordination, and enjoy some time together.

🌿 Preventing Falls 🌿

Falls are one of the most common causes of injury for older adults, but a few simple steps can help keep you safe and steady

Ways to Reduce Fall Risk:
1️⃣ Keep walkways clear – Remove clutter, loose rugs, and cords
2️⃣ Light the way – Make sure hallways, stairs, and entrances are well-lit
3️⃣ Supportive shoes – Wear shoes with good traction and proper support
4️⃣ Reach safely – Keep frequently used items within easy reach to avoid climbing or stretching
5️⃣ Stay active – Strength and balance exercises can improve stability and confidence

A little prevention goes a long way toward staying independent and enjoying every day!

She works tirelessly to ensure residents feel comfortable, cared for, and at home, while also empowering her team to provide the best care possible. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of everyone at the facility.

Rainy days call for something warm and comforting. ☔🌶️

Today our residents warmed up with delicious chili and some new games to enjoy together. It was the perfect way to stay cozy, share laughs, and spend time with friends while listening to the rain outside.

What a happy little participant we had this weekend! Take a peek at little Jack getting the residents all hyped up with a game of balloon volley. While visiting “The Great Pa,” he decided to not only encourage him to participate, but also lead the group! Jack is now working on recruiting help for next weekend because “it was 1 against 11 and I need some help on my team!”

🤗 APPRECIATION POST 🤗

A top pillar of our MISSION is the focus on our CUSTOMERS. The focus goes beyond nursing care needs and extends all the way to the look, feel, and comfort one can find in our facility. We understand that the decision to choose us during a time of need is not a decision that is done lightly. It is also during very challenging times in their lives. It is a great reminder to all of us why we are here, and what impact we have on those we serve when we receive acknowledgments such as these.
