At Lake Oconee Urgent & Specialty Care we understand your family’s health is the

most important thing to you. When a spouse or child is sick or injured, the last thing you want to hear is that no appointments are available or that you must wait several hours in an Emergency room. We offer an alternative solution. No appointments, no lengthy wait time. Our goal is to provide cost effective, time efficient, quality medical care for minor emergencies. When your injury or illness is urgent, but not life threatening, Lake Oconee Urgent Care is where you need to be. Our board certified physicians provide immediate non-life and limb threatening injuries and illnesses. We also provide immunizations and school and sports physicals as well as occupational medicine services such as employment and DOT physicals and drug testing. We have lab and X ray capabilities right in our center so that you don’t have to go anywhere else for diagnostic tests or radiology. Most ER visits are non-life threatening. Why make a time consuming, expensive and inappropriate visit to a hospital emergency room to treat such problems when you can walk into our comfortable environment and have your problem treated professionally and promptly. We take most major insurance and credit cards and we will communicate the results of your visit to your primary care physician to keep them informed and maintain your continuity of care.
