Gateway Care Center provides outstanding rehabilitative services as well as long term care, respite and hospice services. At Gateway Care Center, we specialize in managing complex medical care and are dedicated to providing superior care and quicker recoveries. Programs are designed to medically stabilize and strengthen residents so they can return to their highest level of functioning. With a beautiful facility, therapy provided by Tender Touch and a full recreation program, your stay, no matter its length, will be of superior comfort and enjoyment. ​​​​Gateway Care Center has an experienced staff of nurses and nursing assistants to care for our loved on following a hospitalization. When in a compromised state of health, skilled nursing care is of the utmost importance. The clinical team at Gateway Care Center will oversee to ensure a proper recovery; regaining your strength andprior level of function is our goal and focus.
