The West is where the Sun sets and this represents being in the place of introspection, in-sight and self-reflection. It is where we stand and focus on adulthood. The messenger for this Direction is the bear and the element that guides this Direction is water. The sacred herb grown here is sage. The Medicine Wheel is a way of life. It is a circle of life, balance and healing

Step into a sacred, hands-on experience and create your own 15” Spirit Drum with Diane Littel — Menominee Nation, Earth Spirit Medicine™ practitioner, and lovingly known as “The Drum Doula.” 🪶✨

In this soulful workshop, you will:
🌿 Awaken the Spirit of Your Drum through a guided meditation
🌿 Learn step-by-step techniques to craft your elk hide drum on a maple frame
🌿 Participate in a sacred blessing ceremony honoring your drum’s spirit
