As we continue to grow and expand our services in Wisconsin, we are opening up new opportunities for individuals to join our amazing team!

Our Rice Lake location currently has an opening for a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP). This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

👉 Approx. 25–30 hours per week
👉 Rotating weekend shifts
👉 Work directly with clients to support daily living skills and personal care

🌞🍴 Clearwater Summer Picnic 2025 🍴🌞

Recently, our team came together for our annual company picnic — and it was an amazing day! 🎉 We enjoyed a delicious Famous Dave’s BBQ lunch, fun outdoor games, raffle prizes, and lots of laughter and connection.

It was wonderful to see so many of our employees relaxing, celebrating, and enjoying time together outside of work. 💙

We had an absolute blast cheering on the Eau Claire Express at their recent game—even if the win didn’t go their way! 🧡
Our team enjoyed some well-deserved fun in our very own deck suite, complete with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lots of laughter.

One of the best highlights? Watching our co-owner Dillon and Rice Lake Program Manager Karissa face off in the classic Dizzy Bat race! 🥴😂
Let’s just say the competition was fierce… but Dillon took the win! 🏁💪
