Clearwater is looking to add a full-time caregiver to our team. Here's the deal: we keep it pretty simple around here 🫡
1. We require reliability - you are taking care of people. This isn't a burger joint. The members we help need you to show up consistently to make them feel confident in our ability to help them
2. Your work matters - so put in the effort. We don't accept half-(fill in the blank, I'll get in trouble 🤫) an you shouldn't accept that from your employer either. Put in the work and feel good about the positive impact you make not only to the members you care for but your community.
3. As Ricky Bobby once said: "if you ain't first, you're last". I don't remember where I was going with that one but it felt right
