How I am prepping for my half marathon Sunday!!
For me- today/yesterday - light workouts, a 2 mile treadmill run, and infrared pod time at Freedom !!
Twice/week for 4 weeks - Pilates with Andrea Kubishak at Mindful Movements LLC !!
Adjustment to get my body in position with Lux Chiropractic - Emily Johnson DC today!
Followed by some sauna with red light therapy AND COLD PLUNGE to help with aches and pains!! (Called Contrast Therapy) - Highly, HIGHLY recommend! - At The Luminary Wellness Center -

And to end the day today, got some acupuncture with Casey Castona at Acupuncture for Wellness ! (The ear pins help circulate oxygen better throughout your body, and you can ACTUALLY FEEL IT happening!)
I don't know how much more ready I could be, or if I am fully ready, but now I'm just anxious, nervous, excited, and impatiently waiting for the Eau Claire Marathon half marathon Sunday!! 🤣
