2nd race for 2026!

Shamrock Shuffle!! ☘️

It was wet, snowy, windy, hilly.. feet, shoes, and socks got soaked, but we made it through to the end!

Clocked 3.47 miles in 33:14 for today!! 💪🔥

It was exciting to see more faces with some of our group today! 💪🔥

We split our group between the Shamrock and Chilly Chippewa today! We are spreading our 5K-raziness everywhere! 💪🤣

I'm feeling some Spring Fever 5k/10k coming on next if anyone wants to join!! 😉😏

When it's been two weeks since you've been able to see your chiropractor because of your own work schedule and then her being on vacation for a good week.. The aches and pains really set in!!

So stinkin thankful for Lux Chiropractic - Emily Johnson DC in EC because my body has been a disaster lately!! 😭🤣🫶🙌

March.

The month of the spring equinox.

The month where we first start thinking of blooms and buds anew, along with growth. 🌹

Not only that, but we've entered the Lunar New Year of the fire horse. 🔥 🐎

A year of heightened momentum, abundance/good fortune, courage, and decisive action.

Horse - freedom, vitality, and unstoppable drive. A resilient, independent, and powerful life force. 💪

Combined with fire it's even more intense - fueling ambition, passion, and rapid change.
This year challenges us to act with confidence, trust our instincts, and keep pace with fast-moving changes!!

This move was a quick and slightly unexpected change, but I'm 1000% here for all of the growth, abundance, and the momentum this change has in store for me!! 🥹😍

I have no doubt that this is a beautiful change to rise up with and into for 2026. ❤️

422 Water Street.

It was the first place I had heard of to have openings for me to jump out on my own with my business in 2022.

I didn't know a single gal in there. (Way out of my comfort zone here.)
But I jumped scared and nervous as hell anyways.

Little did I know that I'd need to be in 422 surrounded by the women in there and in 420 when I'd need it the absolute most.

From miscarrying on my opening day to my first anxiety attack to growing Brandi in my belly and growing my business to almost 400 clients big. 🥹

422 was healing and humbling in many ways.

The ladies and people I've met through that door was unbelievably heartwarming. ❤️

422 was just what I needed, RIGHT when I needed it.

It was all in the universe's plan all along. 🙏

422 served it's purpose in the time and place it need to, and now 518 Water Street will be doing just the same.

I closed a chapter today and now it's onto the next, and I cannot wait to see what is in store for this one. ❤️

😇 999 - the angel number meaning one door is closing and a new one is opening. ❤️
