My happy place 💚🫜🥬 Sharing these photos mostly just for myself, but also for anyone who sees them and feels joy and peace in the plants.

Collaborating with nature is both rewarding and humbling.

I’ve never been one to feel like I “own” this land. Lately, I feel honored to be a caretaker and steward, working with the land to create beauty and nourishment. Not just for myself, but in a way that adds to biodiversity of this part of the ecosystem.

Did you know I offer Animal Reiki?

If your furry friend feels anxious with loud noises, the 4th of July can be an unsettling time.

Reiki can bring feelings of safety and comfort during stressful situations.

It works whether the session is in-person or from a distance.

Our dog, Ember, loves reiki! During the fireworks last year, reiki helped her go from feeling scared and stressed to comforted and sleeping through the noise!
