Possibilities…currently dreaming about what to grow this year.

As the snow melts and the brown muddy earth is revealed, I see possibilities.

Gratitude for the time to rest between growing seasons.

Usui Holy Fire Reiki 1 & 2 classes are an introduction to the principles and techniques of Reiki healing.

Taught by Diana of .reiki.healing, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki through a combination of discussion, meditation, and hands-on experience.

On completion of level 1 & 2, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.

Classes include Reiki attunements, Reiki certification, and manual: Reiki - The Healing Touch, by William Rand.

Reiki 1 & 2 are intended to be taken together.

Last weekend, Rachelle and Diana hosted Soul Harmony, where we soothed our nervous systems and allowed ourselves to dream.

The mix of sound healing and Reiki energy raised vibrations and recalibrated frequencies.

We all left a little lighter and more hopeful.

Last weekend I had the honor of sharing Reiki with three couples for a special Valentine’s Day partner Reiki Pop-up at

We grow in relationships. Each person brings their own energy, and when united, a third energy is created—the relationship becomes alive in a sense.

A beautiful thing happens during partner Reiki sessions — healing takes place for each individual AND the relationship, or intermingled energy, also experiences healing.

It’s like being able to break down energetic walls to reopen the flow of connection and love.
