What are we looking for?
Awesome Happy Sales/Consultants with Social Media experience is a plus! Ideally, Herbalists/naturalists that are grounded and good with owning the space as your own, able to sell and partner people with quality products all while collaborating with a multi-business owner. Open and HONEST communication is key here. No
"good cop" "bad cop" behind the back stuff is tolerated here. Someone that wants to grow the organization would be ideal. We love designers/creatives that REALLY want to help people with natural options and willing to put the time in to learn during slow times in the day. Spending time helping people is one of the most rewarding things we can do! At the EC Herbal Shop, we love to serve, help people learn about natural solutions and provide those with CLEAN, Organic Options.

Also...If you/they aren't completely strapped for money and you want a side gig or even a full time one that is truly meaningful then this might just be the place for you/them!

You must be able to learn, share the knowledge and partner people with the right options based off of their ailments and concerns. It a relaxing environment that is thoughtful, helpful, and kind, that can take directive without hits to the ego.

We are not looking for: too busy, too much "stuff" at home that you can't be reliable, no drama llamas, and definitely not the lazy looking to collect a paycheck doing nothing all day. We are a small business looking for reliable, honest, trustworthy with mindfulness and abundance in their vocabulary!

Our mission has always been one thing and that's to help people FEEL BETTER! If you, or someone you know isn't feeling great and want to get a little guidance on ways to get back into being the bright, happy you. We are here for you, this is your invitation to come visit us and let us know what we can do to take small, realistic actionable steps to feeling better!

A few things we help people with and see often are, help with , , sugar regulation, imbalances, issues, autoimmune issues and sooo much more.

The things we help people learn about are how to use , plants, , , tinctures and that are all natural and organic is our focus. So if all the pills and things aren't working for you, make a consultation appointment if you'd like with Lisa the owner, or stop on in any time and the staff's job is to continue to learn each day on how to help you further.

We are your safe space to discuss what's been going on and we can provide you safe, actionable, yet simple steps to start going in the right direction.

Whether we work with you a handful of times or for years, we truly love what we do to help! And what keeps us going is your trust and of COURSE the RESULTS!

OH, and know that the owner is also in the middle of her Doctorate program for all of this so you're not just going to a random shop that expects you to figure it all out on your own. We want to help and she is very passionate about helping you learn the right way to use natural options unlike most in the natural wellness space. That only scratch the surface or go with a generic version of just taking all the things at once.

Small subtle changes over time is the best way to long term results and that's what we help you do!

Our winter hours will be ending in April AFTER Easter!

We need some input please:

Would you prefer we keep our hours the same 10am-7:30pm m-f, sat 10am-6:60pm and sundays 11am-6pm

OR, would you prefer EARLIER hours or LATER hours?
And if so, what are your suggestions? Please feel free to share in comments or message us! We want to be open when the people need us to be!

We will be CLOSED on EASTER, but after that, we will most likely open our Sundays again. It's too hard on a small business to have staff working, but no one coming in so we had decided to close on Sundays in the winter months, we apologize for the inconvenience.
