Team Spray and Mop for the WIN!!! How lucky am I to know these humans as well as alll the others who show up in such a BIG way on a Sunday!!! Beyond grateful for the incredible people I get to surround myself with everyday… and so, so grateful for these three who helped a girl out after class!🫶🏼

Also, I was lucky enough to take a class right after teaching, and let me tell you… 10 out of 10!!! If you haven’t taken a Hannah class yet, here’s your reminder to get in there! She’s AMAZING!!!

This community cannot be matched… it is truly the BEST group of humans to surround yourself with… I am a better version of me today because I am lucky enough to be here, a small piece within this community that keeps moving the world forward… so, so grateful that this is how I get to kick off my week!🧡🧡🧡

It’s March 4th… so let’s Marching forth toward what fills us all the way up, every day this month. Whether it’s Yoga (always), strength training, Pilates, getting outside, reading, laughing, snuggling with the babies, doing at home spa days, or anything else that makes us feel whole, let’s doing more of that. This… one hour of practice… no weights… no high impact cardio… This number was hovering just over 500 post practice… followed by a full day of sitting and learning… and it’s still rising as I type this… the afterburn is REAL, y’all!
