The medical community theorizes that touch's power involves complex neurological, hormonal, and psychological interactions. Study participants who hugged more often showed better virus protection and fewer symptoms. Several quick hugs per day may be more beneficial than a 20 minute massage. An ideal massage should be held at least for 10 seconds for the most benefit.
