We discover the inner turmoils, traumas, and pain each of us face throughout our lives and tailor each client’s Mental, Behavioral, and Recovery Health through customized physical fitness plans. FixidFitness strives to change the dynamics in how the world perceive and use fitness by fueling our internal healing through directed and focused external fitness. Each individual we train we hope will leave FixidFitness with a better sense of internal peace, so that their light can shine from within them.
