Digital radiography happens in real-time in that you don’t have to sit and wait for the film to be created and produced. In digital radiography, data is captured by plates that are highly sensitive to X-rays. Advantages include increased efficiency by eliminating the need for chemical processing and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images. At Affordable X-Ray, images can be sent immediately to a radiologist for a reading within just a couple of days. The images are also put on a disc for the patient to take with the day of service.

X-rays are fascinating, this is an adult Bald eagle that was unfortunately shot. Check out the article.

The adult Bald eagle from Colfax was shot with bird shot and carries over 20 shot in her body including the wing which is on an additional xray image.

Affordable X-ray is your local Chippewa Valley discounted X-Ray service that is a pay at time of service. We believe that you shouldn't avoid medical X-ray because you can't afford it. Most X-rays are only $65.00 per region.

Please help us get the word out to the Chippewa Valley!
