Achieve Health is seeking full-time and/or part-time Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to work in their NEW clinic in Eau Claire opening in February.

The clinic features a unique care model that is not productivity-driven and allows our providers themselves to dictate how much time they wish to spend with each patient. There is no cost to the clinic patients and there is no insurance involved. Our providers enjoy a practice environment that allows them to provide uncompromised quality care to their patients without excessive extra hours or take-home work, allowing them to achieve a sustainable work-life-family balance.

Achieve Health is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (MA) in Alexandria, MN to provide dedicated primary care for, Alexandria Industries', employees and family members in a private, near-site clinic setting.

This position will allow you to develop relationships with patients, seeing (children through working adults), perform lab draws, administer vaccinations, take vitals and other medical tasks as delegated by primary provider. This position is 34 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, no holidays, and no weekends.
