Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

No Shows and Cancellations
Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to me, please give a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Except for emergency situations, missing an appointment without proper notification will be charged 50% of the

service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. I also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follows yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full session.” Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Chippewa After 5 years here with Dr Amy and downtown Chippewa I have made the bittersweet decision to move to a bigger location in Eau Claire. Therapeutic Remedies is Coming with ,we have teamed up again to bring all of you some amazing things. For all of you that can follow us to Eau Claire we have great things coming. Memberships are being dissolved, and I ask that anyone with gift card be used before the move. Unused membership credit and prepaids will follow me . I thank everyone who has stuck with me and hope most of you follow me to the new locations. New software and updates to follow.

Membership rules
Memberships are a monthly fee and give you big discounts.. If you have a credit remaining please come twice that month or another. You are more then welcome to cancel your membership with that cancelation goes all the discounts and free stuff. I will not be doing new memberships or renewing canceled memberships any more. This rule is effective this day forward.
When the membership came out I let everyone know it was a requirement.

I Love offering you guys discounts and free stuff and it's beginning to be more and more a huge stress and cost to me so that being said.

Canceled membership forfeit any discounts and free massages.
