We have a day full of young people coming to soak up the horses' positive energy…..embedding their hands into the horses' thick, soft, winter coats….. Harry (big black horse), his winter coat is incredibly soft and resembles velvet!

Who else had the opportunity to appreciate the golden hour this evening?

I often find myself preoccupied with life; making it challenging to slow down and appreciate what's immediately present.

To my right in this picture is a 14-year-old client who greatly benefits from interacting with horses, free from any agenda or concern for the past or future, simply being in the moment.

Such moments can easily go unnoticed, and I feel fortunate to be able to experience this.

I was so fortunate to host some of the wonderful women from Polka Dot Powerhouse - Eau Claire Chapter this last Monday.

I belong to this amazing connection group and can attest to the support and love given by these ladies. They were the ones that help me get out of my own way when starting Leave it in the Sand and have been amazing cheerleaders and friends since!!
It’s an international group and one of the Dots sayings is, “There’s a Dot for that!” because there are women all over the world that do everything you can think of that you can connect with!!
