Regional Enterprises for Adults & Children, Inc REACH, Inc. is a community-based, private non-profit organization whose mission is to provide innovative opportunities for people in order to promote self-determination and full participation in the community, regardless of their ability.

Reach, Inc is a private, non-profit corporation providing human services to people with disabilities in Eau Claire County since 1963. Starting with less than ten clients, three staff and a budget of a few thousand dollars, Reach has grown to serve more than 900 families and clients each year. Our mission is to provide innovative opportunities for people in order to promote self-determination and full participation in the community, regardless of their ability.

Join us for the Talent Connect: Reverse Job Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 17th from 4:30–6:30 PM!

This isn’t your typical job fair, our consumers will be hosting booths, ready to showcase their skills, passions, and goals. Whether you're actively hiring or just want to connect with local talent and support your community, this is a powerful (and fun!) networking opportunity.

BONUS: Employers who attend will be entered into a raffle for our “Eau Claire Favorites” gift basket featuring local goodies and gift cards!
