Let’s talk about bragging about yourself for a second
In senior living, so much of what you do goes unnoticed.
Programs run, residents engage, and moments happen. But if you are not talking about it...it didn’t happen.

Showing your value is not about ego. It is about visibility.

Here are 3 ways to make sure your impact is seen:
1. Track the moments that matter
Not just attendance.
Think engagement, connection, and outcomes.
2. Share specific wins
Instead of “program went well”
say what actually happened.
3. Speak up consistently
In meetings, updates, and conversations.
Do not wait to be asked.

Because if you are not showing your value people will assume it is not there.
