✨ WILD RAMP SALT IS BACK ✨
One of my favorite little rituals each spring is heading into the woods to forage for wild ramps. There’s just something magical about those first pungent greens pushing up through the forest floor after a long Wisconsin winter. 🌿
Each year I make only a very small batch of my handcrafted Wild Ramp Salt using sustainably harvested ramps and coarse sea salt. And once it’s gone, it’s gone until next spring.
Ramps (also called wild leeks) have this incredible flavor somewhere between sweet onion and mild garlic, and combining with salt becomes the easiest way to add that fresh spring flavor to everyday meals.
Perfect on:

🥔 potatoes + hashbrowns
🍚 rice dishes
🥩 meats + fish
🥦 roasted veggies
…or honestly, just sprinkled on everything because it’s that good 😋
