We’re excited to host a Guide Program Informational Presentation at Heritage Court on Wednesday, March 18th from 3:00–4:30 PM!

The Guide Program is a new Medicare pilot program that offers up to $2,500 annually in respite care services for people living with dementia. This presentation is a great opportunity for families and caregivers to learn about resources that can provide support and relief.

Our friends from Rellim Senior Day Care and Visiting Angels will be here to explain the program and answer questions. You’ll also have the opportunity to sign up after the presentation if you’re interested.

Logan has been a wonderful part of the Heritage team. 🌟

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and stepdaughter, making music with friends, riding his bike, and drawing. These creative hobbies reflect the same energy and enthusiasm he brings to his role.

What Logan enjoys most about working at Heritage is getting to know the residents better and building meaningful relationships with them. His genuine care and connection help create moments that make each day special for the people we serve. 💙
