The Assisted Living Community is located at the Oakwood Hills Campus at 3706 Damon St. In Eau Claire, WI and our Memory Care Community is located at 3515 E. As the dog days of summer approach us, we figured we needed to celebrate accordingly!🐶🐩 Our Third Annual Heritage Dog Show was full of furry friends, fun tricks, and sweet puppy kisses!🐕‍🦺🐾 Thank you to our friends at St. Croix Hospice and Oakwood Hills Independent Living for joining us with their cute pups!

We had a great time at Irvine Park in Chippewa Falls this week! 🐾☀️ We got some exercise, enjoyed seeing all the animals, and even treated ourselves to some delicious scoops from Olson’s Ice Cream! 🍦🐐 It was a perfect summer day!

From live music by the talented Paul Bonstrom to shopping for local goodies, it was a day to remember at our first ever Heritage Farmers' Market. Residents created stunning bouquets with Chippewa Valley Floral, savored cheesecake flights from Beez Neez Cheesecakes and Sweets , and enjoyed mouthwatering sourdough treats from County Line Country Stand. ❤️🧀🍞

Congrats to Bethany - our July Employee of the Month!

Bethany enjoys trying new things and going new places, spending time with family and friends, and taking care of her 6 pets: three guinea pigs, two chinchillas, and one dog.

An interesting fact about Bethany is that she is both a CNA and physician assistant.

Bethany shares that she returned to Heritage after becoming a PA because she loves working with the tight knit Heritage team. Bethany says she will continue both CNA and PA work as long as possible because she loves providing personalized care to unique and grateful residents at Heritage!
