Andrew has been a dedicated member of the Heritage team for the past three years, bringing genuine heart and positivity to every interaction. His passion for connecting with our residents shines through daily — whether he’s chatting about classic movies, swapping book recommendations, or simply sharing meaningful moments together. 🌟

Outside of Heritage, Andrew loves diving into video games and card games, always ready for a little friendly competition. He’s also an avid traveler — he, his mom, and his sister have explored all 48 contiguous states and Canada, creating unforgettable memories along the way. ✈️🌎

A creative at heart, Andrew enjoys arts and crafts, from making cozy blankets to designing vibrant spray paint art. His creativity, kindness, and dedication make him a truly valued part of our community. 💙

🌟 Feature Friday Spotlight🌟

This week, we’re excited to shine our Feature Friday Spotlight on Erin Poppe, one of Heritage Senior Living’s dedicated nurses who has been part of our community for the past six years.

Erin is a proud member of a team that shares her commitment to compassion, dignity, and creating a warm, home-like environment for our residents. Working specifically in Assisted Living has given her the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both residents and their families. She values the privilege of helping residents maintain their independence while supporting their evolving health needs—something she considers one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

Outside of work, Erin loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband have two amazing boys and a pair of fun-loving dogs who keep life lively. When baseball season rolls around, you’ll almost always find the Poppe family at the ballfields cheering on their oldest son’s team—or rooting for their beloved Milwaukee Brewers. Those moments, Erin says, are some of her most cherished.
