Not everyone loves running, but it releases my inner chaos. It creates regulation for me.
I honestly feel like I’m cheating on the perimenopause community because they are so against it.
Being neurodivergent and ADHD, I am constantly looking for self-soothing - I just have to to survive. I even feel like I want to crawl out of my own skin sometimes because I need to release the energy. Plus, I’m nicer to my family.
What is your release?
