As part of the suite of programs developing for we have added for Spring 2026. Ideal for hand-eye coordination, targeting and a lot of fun. The hybrid programs incorporate a variety of fun exercises to get your body and brain in action. Only at L.E. Phillips Senior Center on HEC's, Neuro Sports programs.
