On Sunday, we reconnected with nature 🌿 moved through a 45-minute heat-building beach yoga, followed by an icy dip led by Dr. Emily. She shared the science behind cold exposure before guiding us into the river—invigorating and unforgettable! We soaked up the sun, shared laughs, and embraced the beauty of Big Falls together 🌞🌊
