Recharge your body at the cellular level with our new Red Light Therapy offering at The Luminary. This package includes 8 red light therapy sessions (20 minutes each), designed to support recovery, energy, circulation, and overall wellness. For best results, we recommend using your sessions 2 times per week over the course of one month.

Our red light tower can be enjoyed inside the sauna or independently in the Contrast Room, giving you space to move, stretch, or simply relax. Feel free to bring a yoga mat for light movement or stretching, or sit comfortably on our bench during your session. A perfect way to support your body while staying cool this summer.

Join Andrea for a revitalizing outdoor yoga experience at Big Falls!

Reconnect with nature as you move through a 45-minute yoga session on the beach, designed to build internal heat and deepen your connection to the outdoors. After yoga, take the plunge! Step into the refreshing Eau Claire River for an invigorating, guided cold water experience.

Event Details
Dates: May 17 • June 7 • July 19 • August 16
Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (45 min yoga on the beach + 15 min river plunge)
Location: South Entrance, 600 Big Falls Forest Rd, Fall Creek, WI 54742
Meet-up: Follow the trail to the right, walk over the beach, and cross the river to find our island.
Cost: Donation-based
Entrance Fee: $6 daily vehicle pass (available online)

Thank you to everyone who participated in our second Sip + Swap! ♻️✨ We had 15 people bring clothes and take part in a fun, sustainable social. We loved it so much—we’ll be hosting another one this fall and again in the spring!

A special thank you to Jordan of for the reminder that we already have enough clothing on this planet to last for generations. Let’s continue to shop more sustainably by thrifting and sharing pieces we no longer wear with others who will love them.

Mindful shopping tip: pause, notice how something feels on your body, and ask yourself—“Do I feel like myself in this?” Also consider: do I need this? Is it good quality?

Andrea’s fresh squeezed fruit punch and coconut cookies were a hit—here’s the recipe:
1 cup shredded coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

All remaining clothing will be donated to The Kings Closet 💛 A charity offering clothing, household goods, shoes, and more to those in need.
