Welcome! A little about me, You will most likely find me in the morning sitting at my kitchen table drinking morning coffee, proudly wearing comphy clothes, researching all things on self development, and spending time with my three young men.

My mission is to support and empower you in a sacred and safe space. I take pride in supporting my clients to meet their goals. I feel we all need support and encouragement from time to time. When we feel safe and heard we can get to the “real” work and move from our head and into our heart space where you can SHINE!

I have supported hundreds of clients with living their best life. I have over a decade of experience, education, and learned skills in providing the most comforting Massage, Meditation or Yoga class, Workshop, Retreats, and Speaking events.
