Every night, this is our little ritual together. 🤍
I take out the lotion, and we settle in for a gentle massage. Some nights she’s all for it, and other nights she isn’t — and I always honor that. Teaching her that her body is hers starts right here.

These moments help build body awareness at any age… learning to connect, to listen, and to accept the body we’re in. It’s also incredibly grounding — easing tension, stress, and the little anxieties that build up throughout the day.

And there are so many beautiful benefits:
