We had such a great class with Stephanie Short Polenz last month in the salt cave! So....... we're having her back again Sept 27th, & again Oct 31st! These classes seem to fill up quick so dont hesitate if your being called to join.

Class is held in the salt cave so dress comfy & plan to get a little dusty from all the salt. Room temp is comfortable but does tend to get a little warmer with a big group so consider a lighter layer. Your welcome to bring a blanket, otherwise we do have yoga mats & blankets available for you as well.
