If you’re rehabbing an injury or trying to get back to sport, guessing your strength isn’t good enough.
Objective strength testing matters. 💪🏼

Using tools like a handheld dynamometer allows us to measure exactly how strong you are—no assumptions, no “it feels better,” no eyeballing it. We can identify real deficits, track progress over time, and make informed decisions about when you’re actually ready to progress… or return to activity.

Why does this matter?
✔️Because pain going away ≠ you’re ready.
✔️Because symmetry matters.
✔️Because strength deficits are one of the biggest predictors of re-injury.

If you’re not being objectively tested, you’re relying on opinion instead of data.
Good rehab should be measurable, trackable, and specific to YOU.
Hold your rehab to a higher standard.

Pain along the front or inside of your shin when running, jumping, or even walking? You might be dealing with shin splints

Shin splints are often caused by:
